Sabor Discos’s aim is to develop cultural exchanges, essentially musical, between Latin America and Europe.
Sabor Discos defends a musical open-mindedness. Sabor Discos means ”record’s flavor, tasty records”. We also like to eat well, spicy and exotic dishes.
Likewise, “Sabor” is a word frequently used in salsa lyrics, kind of an interjection thrown to the public to make him dance, like “Azucar” (Celia Cruz’s favorite expression, literally: to Sugar, to sweeten, which could be translated as “add”), or the famous “Chauffe Marcel”, an expression launched by Jacques Brel and very popular now in French rock.
