recorded in February of 2013, three intricate songs were acting as a transition period between first and next album by this exceptional progressive atmospheric death metal entity, where the instrumental 'Silent' pretty firmly points they were heading to more ambitious and complex composing, while the opener 'The Dead Sea' pays a nice tribute to always inspiring Cynic, and the closer 'Venom Upon The Blade' is more intense yet no less ambitious and fresh-sounding; alas, it was the last recording for guitarist Rob Maramonte with Fallujah
