Kool and The Gang is a group of jazz-funk formed by Robert "Kool" Bell and his brother Ronald in Jersey City in the mid 1960s in the United States. The success came in the 1970s with hits like "Jungle Boogie" or "Celebration", inspiring music trends such as rap and R'n'B above. Over 80 million albums sold worldwide and career 40 years ago, have made Kool & The Gang one of the biggest maker of HITS on the planet! The Koolmania invaded the world, and JT Taylor decided to go solo. In 1997, the band reformed and performs up to 50 concerts a year with their disco and funky tubes.
