with the sophomore longplay [2002] Belenos start to discover their trademark sound, highly enriching their furious black metal with musical reminiscences of the past, like pagan strokes of Celtic folklore, where intense rhythmics and harsh voice are masterfully combined with clean singing choruses, intricate guitar riffs meet traditional instruments, accompanied by unmistakable organic production from the nineties, crowning one of the most successful blends of pagan/black subgenre; recent German edition comes with a remastered sound, updated design and seven extra songs in shape of unreleased versions and live renditions
