Includes OBI (torn and folded in half but in EX condition) & insert (EX). Sleeve in great shape but has some storage wear (some surface marks on a different tone of black) and a few creases along the edges. Vinyl professionally machine washed and playgraded: the media looks glossy and has barely any marks; plays EX most of the time however the beginning of the A-side has a bit of background noise which after a couple spins plays also solid EX
